Share The Warmth

Our Share The Warmth program helps Oklahomans who need assistance with winter heating bills. The generous contributions of Oklahoma Natural Gas customers help fund the program.

How You Can Contribute

  • If you pay your bill electronically, log in to your account and select the “Share The Warmth” toggle button. You can choose between donating a fixed monthly amount or rounding up to the next dollar.
  • If you pay by check, mark the “Share The Warmth” box on your bill to designate your overpayment to the program. This is a one-time donation.
  • Or, mail a contribution directly to The Salvation Army.

How to Seek Aid

To receive help in paying your heating bills through the Share The Warmth program, you will need to apply at your nearest Salvation Army location, where you'll be asked to meet the following requirements:

  • You must be the person responsible for paying your home heating expenses.
  • You must live in a county served by Oklahoma Natural Gas.
  • You must be facing an immediate financial emergency that prevents you from paying your home heating costs.

Home Energy Aid Month

Each year Oklahoma Natural Gas joins The Salvation Army, the state's two largest electric utilities and other local sponsors to observe Home Energy Aid Month. In communities across the state, various events raise funds for programs such as Share The Warmth.
