Oklahoma Natural Gas is upgrading the system used to process your credit and debit card Autopay. The change will improve the customer experience. The transition is scheduled for Nov. 9, and here’s what to know:

If you’re enrolled in Autopay, you will need to re-enroll your card information when the new system is live. Re-enrollment helps safeguard card information by avoiding an exchange of data between our new and previous vendors.

Once the transition is complete around the second week of November, we will let you know so you can update your information in our system at oklahomanaturalgas.com.
Customers enrolled in Automatic Bank Draft — recurring payments via a checking or savings account — are unaffected. Those who qualify can also switch from Autopay to Automatic Bank Draft at any time. Switching to Automatic Bank Draft may lower banking fees, depending on the bank and credit card. To qualify to switch, a customer must have had less than three returned payments in the last 12 months.
