On Nov. 9, 2024, Oklahoma Natural Gas upgraded the system used to process credit and debit card Automatic Payments (Autopay). The change will improve the customer experience. Here's what to know:

  • If you were enrolled in Autopay before Nov. 9, 2024, you must re-enroll your credit or debit card information.
  • Re-enrollment helps safeguard credit and debit card information by avoiding an exchange of data between our previous and new vendors.

Customers enrolled in Automatic Bank Draft — recurring payments via a checking or savings account — are unaffected. Those who qualify can also switch from Autopay to Automatic Bank Draft at any time. Switching to Automatic Bank Draft may lower banking fees, depending on the bank and credit card. To qualify to switch, a customer must have had less than three returned payments in the last 12 months.

Mobile App Users: Make sure you're using the latest version of our app before updating payment methods or making a payment.

Here’s How to Re-enroll in Autopay

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select the Automatic Payment toggle — turns green when selected (refer to image below)
  3. Follow the prompts to select your preferred payment method. Have your banking or credit card information available — you’ll need it to complete enrollment.
